We have ideas! We recommend that you stay in Seattle and close to the urban action (and a short taxi ride away from the reception). If you prefer something a little more peaceful, then Redmond or Kirkland are good choices.

We have confirmed Redmond United Methodist Church (RUMC) as our ceremony location! RUMC has been my family’s church for over 20 years – it’s where my little brother was baptised, where the Kaiser siblings attended Sunday School (almost) every weekend, where I was confirmed and where we return to for Christmas, Easter, and family gatherings.
RUMC has been active in Redmond, Washington for over a century. The church practices open communion, meaning that everyone can partake, and most members pride themselves on being open-hearted, understanding, and loving individuals. Everyone is welcome there.
And, if you’re wondering about the title of this post, its a quote from the Apostle John and the motto of the church. Ritchie and I can’t wait to see you there!
